My Lord,
With reference to Mr. Coverley-Price's despatch
No. 81 (170/1/38) of the 9th February last, I have the
honour to report that the Bill to supplement the estimates
of expenditure of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs for
1938 by 25,000 florins in order to provide a contribution
by the Netherlands towards the cost of combatting of
epidemics in China, was passed by the States General and
received the Royal Assent on the 24th March last.
It was
published in "Staatsblad" No. 3141 on the 8th April.
